Standard Mircroperf utilizes a 60 degree center bevel (CB) shaved edge profile and the standard temper is 52-54 RC. Standard tooth per inch (TPI) are 20, 30, 40, 50 and 70 TPI.  Our Standard Microperf is available in lengths or coils with a standard tie depth of .020" or .030".

Standard Perf utilizes a 60 degree shaved edge profile and the standard temper is 52-54 RC. Up to 19 (TPI) tooth per inch is considered Standard Perf. The smallest tie size we offer is .025" and anything less then .025" is considered a Microperf. 

With a 60 degree ground edge profile which is our standard and has a 55 RC hardness.

We use a medium hard rule for this product. It is available in 2pt or 3pt, and the crease profile is flat.

Creasing Rule is only available in medium-hard. It has a full radius on one edge only.

We will make any custom perforating blade which is available in lengths only.

V-SPEC Microperf utilizes a 42 degree CB (center bevel) shaved edge profile and the standard temper is 52-54 RC. Standard TPI are 20, 30, 40, 50 and 70 TPI. The standard tie depth is .030" and is available in coils and lengths. This Micro can be highly beneficial when cutting thicker stock (over 30lb).

Micronick is used primarily in the die cutting industry for folding the die cutting stack together prior to stripping.

Cut Crease Microperf can assist in folding and the crease height is specific to the stock that is being perfed.
